I  CASHMERE

I bought my first cashmere sweater at age 26 when I moved to New York City. It was very cold and I stopped at a famous department store on 34th street and they had cashmere sweaters marked down at 50%. Which was great because I had just graduated and didn’t have much money. I had never owned a cashmere sweater and wanted to see what the fuss was about. I stayed conservative and picked a turtleneck long sleeve in black. That is how my love for cashmere started!

From that day on, I stick to cashmere. Today I have about 10 cashmere sweaters in different styles and colors and I still have the old black turtle neck I purchased 7 years ago!

I am obsessed with cashmere! it feels soo soft, keeps you warm, without having to wear layers upon layers. It looks elegant, matches with everything; a pair of jeans for a casual look or with a pencil skirt for a more professional look. It is elegant and will not get out of fashion. Cashmere can last for a long time if well taken care of! You now understand why I had to start a cashmere line for babies and kids when I had my daughter and was looking for cashmere sweaters for her…

Today, I try to get all my friends and relatives addicted to cashmere sweaters; they already know what gifts to expect for birthdays and/or Christmas. No need to say… they eventually catch the cashmere flu haa.

If you have never owned a cashmere sweater, you better give it a try! Trust me you will not regret it and they are worth the price especially when you get them on sale!

Now, don’t forget to get one from our store (www.milachristina.com) and pamper that special little one... Bisous! WINK!
