Shipping policy
All orders received before 12:00 pm EST Monday – Friday will be processed within 2 business days of payment verification. Most orders are shipped with USPS standard shipping
Delivery may take 6 – 8 business days AFTER the order has shipped.
Please note that on holidays, there might be a slight delay in the processing and shipping of the orders. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivered items that are lost: We will not REFUND OR REPLACE a package that has been delivered and lost after delivery.
We will replace or refund any items that has been lost while in transit and not marked as delivered by shipping services.
We will not REFUND or REPLACE any item lost due to wrong address entry by customer. Please always review ALL your information before placing your order and make sure all your information is accurate.
If you have made any error please email: orders@milachristina.us as the error may be rectified if the item has not been shipped.
All Sales are Final, we accept exchanges but NO REFUNDS for items bought on Sale!
If Items bought on sale are received defective you will exchange and re sent you replacement items free of shipping charge. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated to sending us the item back.
